This is a well written and organized reference book. Something anyone living in a condo should have. I purchased two in 2010, and gave one to the HOA board... It put them on notice that just because they were "self-managed" they could not claim ignorance of the law and were not exempt from following the LAW. If you are having any issue with your HOA, get the current year of the book.The current year book would be good reading for anyone considering purchasing in a Condo complex... Much easier than just trying to read the individual codes (available on-line).

2010 Condo Bluebook is a small book that is packed with useful and readily accessible information for townhouse and condominium development owners and, particularly, Association board members.
This is a well written and organized reference book. Something anyone living in a condo should have. I purchased two in 2010, and gave one to the HOA board...
